Jimmy Kimmel: What’s on TV Tonight
Jimmy Kimmel said that there is a lot to choose from on TV tonight. There are the NBA finals, obviously, but the Miss USA Pageant, Game of Thrones, and the Tony awards are also tonight. That’s actually a really great night. There’s something for everyone, but that means there are going to be a lot of conflicts tonight and people are going to have to make some tough choices.
Jimmy Kimmel Live: The Pedestrian Question What Are People Watching
Kimmel said that it would be fun to see who would be watching what. He played “The Pedestrian Question,” which is an audience guessing game. They played a video of people introducing themselves and tried to guess what that person would be watching.

The first guy was Angelo Lambardi from California. Kimmel said the audience guessed Game of Thrones, though they were all shouting out different things. He said he hadn’t really thought that far ahead, but decided he would be watching the pageant because there are “lots of smart intelligent women.” That’s a good reason to watch it. Kimmel joked that magician’s love pageants because he looked like a magician.
Jimmy Kimmel Live: The Tonys
The next guy was Ronnie Miller from Lovett, Texas. The audience chose that he was going to watch game 2 of the NBA finals. They were wrong! He was going to watch the Tonys. That’s what I guessed! He’s excited for everything and is a big musical theater nerd. Kimmel said, “and a regular nerd too, it looks like.”
The last video had two contestants. They were Marlon Scott and David Marsh from Chicago, Illinois. The audience was split on what they would be watching. They guessed that they’d be watching either the Tonys or Game of Thrones. They said they were going to watch the Tonys, but one of them seemed kind of embarrassed and laughed about it.
The interviewer asked if they were going to watch game 2 of the NBA finals and one of them said, “We’re gay, girl. No, we don’t want to be watching the NBA.” Kimmel then joked, “Then why did you just come out of Hooters?” Apparently nobody on the street is watching the game tonight. Kimmel thought it was funny. His whole show is for game night.
