Ellen: Ellie Goulding “Burn” Performance

Ellie Goulding has quickly become one of the hottest performers in music and she was on Ellen to perform her latest hit “Burn” off her album Halcyon Days. It’s hard to sit still when listening to the British pop singer’s music, so there’s no wonder the song is as popular as it is.

Ellen TV: Ellie Goulding Cats & Boyfriends

Ellen sat down with Ellie Goulding, who doesn’t own a cat, but constantly posts pictures of cats on Instagram. She said she typed in “cat taking a selfie” and found one of the pictures she posted. She said she was posting a lot of selfies herself, but now is obsessed with posting pictures of cats. She was wearing a cat sweatshirt as well.

Ellen also joked that according to news sources, Ellie has a lot of boyfriends, one of which is apparently Niall from One Direction. She was also rumored to be with Ed Sheeran and Jeremy Irvine. She said Jeremy was actually a real boyfriend but she doesn’t have a current boyfriend. She said she’s traveling a lot, was on the Bruno Mars tour for two months, but has continued traveling.

Ellen: Ellie Goulding Headstand

She also posted a picture of her doing a headstand. Ellen wanted Ellie Goulding to stand on her head and JC Penney would give $10,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. So Ellie got to do another headstand for a good cause.

Ellen put a yoga mat down for Ellie and was prepared just in case Ellie fell over. She did a perfect headstand before falling over. What a great way to earn money for a great cause!

Ellen TV: “Scandal” Deleted Scene

Ellen joked that originally the new season of Scandal was supposed to have a different story line with her as a mistress. She played a fake video of her talking to the President in the show. The clip showed him saying he only wanted to talk to her and talking about a trip to Vermont. “Men in power, always want what they can’t have,” she joked.
