Jimmy Kimmel: San Antonio Spurs Will Win
People think they San Antonio Spurs are going to win just a little bit more than they think the Miami Heat is going to win. The San Antonio Spurs have four to five odds to win. That’s really close. Kimmel said that they’re old and tough. The only way to slow them down is to ask them to schedule your DVR. Kimmel showed a map of who wants the Spurs to win. Every state except Florida wants the Spurs to win including Alaska, and they should want Heat there! Kimmel said the Heat is “slightly less popular than Donald Sterling right now,” which is really saying something!
Jimmy Kimmel Live: Miami Heat Hate
These two teams apparently do not get along very well. LeBron James said, “The Spurs don’t like us” because Tim Duncan has apparently made some nasty comments lately. Kimmel had an excellent point, though, when he said that the Heat has to realize that nobody likes them.
Jimmy Kimmel: Dikembe Mutombo Hide and Seek
Kimmel stopped talking in the middle of his monologue because he said he was in the middle of a game he was playing with his friend. He promised his friend that he would play this game, but forgot about the early show. He decided he had to keep playing. So he called out “Dikembe” and got a “Mutombo” call back. He left the stage and put a blindfold on calling Dikembe the whole time.
They basically played extreme Hide and Seek. Kimmel even walked out of the building and started walking through the street, and he got some stares. He went to a Starbucks and couldn’t see Mutombo was there holding a drink.
He also went to a pizza place and Mutombo was there with his face in a hole in a pizza pie. Mutombo also wore a Star Wars costume and stood with some cosplayers in the street. Kimmel started passing out lost signs for Mutombo with the blindfold still on with sad music playing in the background. It was so funny and ridiculous.
The music was just the perfect addition. He ended up filing a missing person’s report to the police. He did a character sketch with the blindfold on. It was terrible, so he described him. He ended up realizing he was sitting on Mutombo’s lap in the police station. Mutombo started cheering, “I win the game! Yay!” He always wins. Kimmel gave him the blindfold and went to hide while Mutombo started counting. Kimmel came back and said that he could listen to Mutombo count Mississippi’s all day. He had until 12 Mississippi to hide.
