Jimmy Kimmel: Game Night
Jimmy Kimmel had another Game Night episode. “Are you ready for the Game Night of your lives?” he asked. Tonight, from Miami, was game three of the NBA finals between the Miami Heat and the San Antonio Spurs.
Jimmy Kimmel Live: LeBron James Comeback
The Heat came back to win game two. LeBron didn’t have any cramps and the air conditioning worked. Everything was perfect! LeBron came back after being carried off the court to score 35 out of the team’s 98 points. Kimmel couldn’t figure out if that was half or not. Math’s not his thing.

Everyone was worried about LeBron after his leg cramp incident. Before the game on Sunday, LeBron went to an early morning yoga class by himself at his hotel before the game. He went to the movies on Saturday night.
He saw a 5:40 screening of Maleficent by himself. “Sometimes you just need to get your Sleeping Beauty on. You know?” Kimmel said. Whatever he did, it worked. Kimmel said that “LeBron James is like your weird aunt who’s getting her life back together after a sudden divorce with Uncle Bill.” It was hilarious.
Jimmy Kimmel Live: Stoic Gregg Popovich
Kimmel said that there’s a lot of focus on LeBron James during the NBA finals, but he’s mostly interested in San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich. He’s won four NBA titles, he’s three-time coach of the year, he has an annual salary of $6 million, “and yet, from looking at his face, you’d think he was the recently fired assistant manager of a golf club warehouse.” That was great.
“Interviewing Gregg Popovich is like trying to get your teenage son to come downstairs for dinner. He treats every interaction with the media like he’s the first suspect being interrogated on an episode of Law and Order: SVU or something,” Kimmel explained. Kimmel talked about ESPN sideline reporter Doris Burch, who had to try to talk to him at the start of the fourth quarter on Sunday. Kimmel played a clip of their interaction. It was bad. It was really bad. “Seems like he’d be a fun guy to play charades with,” Kimmel said.
Jimmy Kimmel: Gregg Popovich College Yearbook
Kimmel showed something he found. It was Popovich’s college yearbook photo! He was so serious and stoic! “Not only is the photo deadly serious, look at his bio,” Kimmel said. Part of his bio said, “His future plans include happiness.” I couldn’t tell if this was real or not. It was hilarious either way. “I’m sorry that didn’t work out,” Kimmel said. “I would be angry too if my parents named me Greg with three G’s.”
