Today Show: Steve Schirripa Tries Fly Fishing
Steve Schirripa made the trip to Yellowstone National Park from New York to see how city slickers cut it out in the wilderness. The first nature-oriented activity Steve Schittipa took part in was fly fishing, which didn’t go too great. I’m no fly fisherman, but I think that the line is supposed to be in front of you while you are fishing, not behind you as was happening with Steve’s pole. Though his fly fishing skills weren’t going to win any awards, his guide did tell him that, of all the celebrities she has taught to fly fish, he is the biggest.
After a brief lunch break, where Steve had his ear talked off about the plethora of different fish that swam the rivers of Yellowstone, he did finally manage to catch a fish. It was a small rainbow trout, and he had to say hello to the small fish before dutifully returning it to its aquatic habitat.
Today Show: Steve Schirripa Outs Yellowstone’s Pizza As A Phony!
Steve Schirripa, being from New York, of course had to check out a local pizza parlor to see how it measured up to the pizza from his native state. He said that it wasn’t bad, but he had a strong feeling that it was not fresh cooked, but frozen pizza. Hey, when you’re both Italian and from New York, you know your pizza. I’ll take Steve’s word for it.
Today Show: Steve Schirripa Goes Horseback Riding
After giving the pizza a try, Steve Schirripa gave horse riding a try. His loyal steed was named Wildfire, and came bounding out of the barn clearly happy too see him, as he was bucking all over the place.
So after Wildfire came off as horse more fit for the rodeo than a first-timer, Steve was given another horse that was a little more tame.
