Tim Love, owner of Lonesome Dove Western Bistro in Fort Worth Texas, and star on the new CNBC show called Restaurant Start-Up shared his delicious recipe for juicy burgers. His secret ingredient? Mayonnaise.

Kathie Lee & Hoda: Tim Love Juicy Burgers Recipe Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb lean ground chuck
• 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, chili powder and cayenne pepper
• 4 slices American cheese
• 4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Kathie Lee & Hoda: Tim Love Juicy Texas Burgers Recipe Directions

1. Mix ground beef with mayonnaise and spices and roll into 4 balls.
2. Cover and chill for 15 minutes.
3. Press balls into 1/2-inch thick patties.
4. Grill 4 minutes on each side, topping with cheese during last minute of cook time.
5. Spread mayonnaise on buns.
6. Grill until toasted.
7. Put burgers on buns.
8. Top with shredded Bibb lettuce, sliced tomato and red onion.
