Kathie Lee & Hoda: Victoria’s Secret Knockout Bra Review
Bobbie Thomas joined Kathie Lee and Hoda to share some great products she’s totally into right now. The first was the Knockout Sport Bra from Victoria’s Secret. The bra costs $54.40-62.50 and solves the problem for women struggling to fit into a sports bra. The bra includes a regular bra underneath that gives you the life and support you’re looking for, with the addition of a sports bra overtop that zips in the front. Bobbie said this bra is great because you don’t have to pull it off over your head when you’re all sweaty.

The next product Bobbie shared was what she called an upgrade for your nail polish remover.
The 5 Finger and Toe Polish removers are just $12-14 at Sephora. Bobbie said what’s so great about this product is that it allows you do one hand in just 20 seconds. She said they also have one coming out in a few weeks that includes a sponge under the cap for your toes.

Contributing editor of New Beauty Magazine Sarah Eggonberger played a game of Myth or Fact with Kathie Lee and Hoda. This version of the game was all about protection from seasonal damage.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: SPF 50 Or Higher? + How Long Should You Blow-Dry Your Hair?
Sarah Eggonberger asked Kathie Lee and Hoda whether it’s better to have an SPF of 50 or higher. Kathie Lee was correct in saying that it’s a myth. Sarah explained that it’s best to an SPF 30+ sunscreen, according to the Academy of Dermatology.
She then asked if it was myth or fact that when blow-drying your hair, the last 1-2 minutes is the most damaging. Kathie Lee and Hoda were both correct in saying fact.

Did you know that strawberries can actually help prevent and protect against sun damage?
Sarah Eggonberger explained that Strawberry Extract decreases damage. You can look for it in your skin care products or incorporate more strawberries into your diet.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Does Hair Grow Faster In The Summer?
Sarah Eggonberger asked if it was myth or fact that your hair grows faster in the summer. Kathie Lee was correct again in saying that this was a fact.
The University of Bradford in the U.K. did a study on men and found that their beard and leg hair grew the slowest in January and February and peaked in July. This also applies to women. Your hair is actually thicker in the summer as well.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Sun Exposure Dries Acne + Summer Bad Breath
Next, Sarah Eggonberger asked if it was myth or fact that sun exposure will dry up your acne. It was a myth. People may think that having a tan will make you look like you have less acne, but it actually does more damage to your skin.
Lastly, is it true that your chances of having bad breath increases in the summer? Yes it is! Because of dehydration, you have more bacteria in your mouth.
