The Voice Eliminations: Team Adam Loses Two Contestants
Tuesday night, May 28, two Voice contestants were sent home in the last thirty seconds of the show. It was down to three contestants, Team Blake’s Holly Tucker, and Team Adam’s Judith Hill and Sarah Simmons, and Adam was shocked when it was announced that his contestants were voted off the show. That leaves Team Shakira, Team Usher, and Team Adam with one contestant left per team and Team Blake still full with three contestants as the show continues on toward the finals. Shakira was shocked to hear that her contestant was saved by America last night and that she will still have a chance to make it to the final round.
Oklahoma Relief Benefit Concert: Healing In The Heartland

Although Blake Shelton is in the midst of the competition on The Voice, he decided last week to put together a benefit concert for those affected by the tornadoes in his home state of Oklahoma. He will be joined by other superstars from Oklahoma and by those wanting to do something to help those who have lost their homes, family members and normal lives.
The lineup includes Blake Shelton, Reba McEntire, Vince Gill, Miranda Lambert, Darius Rucker, Rascal Flatts, Usher, and Luke Bryan. Reba joined Kathie Lee and Hoda via phone call to talk about the event. She said that tickets to the relief benefit concert were sold out within 30 seconds, but the entire concert will be shown live on NBC, Wednesday, May 29.
People Magazine Country Issue: Kenny Chesney Graces Cover
The June country special issue of People Magazine features the hottest country stars and it was a close race to getting the coveted cover spot. The issue features Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, and Blake Shelton, and Kathie Lee and Hoda made their guesses about who made the cover. Kathie Lee guessed Tim McGraw and Hoda held out hope for her favorite Blake Shelton, but it was Kenny Chesney who will be gracing the cover of the country issue this June.
