The Today Show co-hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hota Kotb began today’s show by paying homage to Matt Lauer, who began the show 15 years ago today. After a 15-years-ago and current picture of Matt, both co-hosts agreed he has aged like fine wine and have loved working with him!

The number one airline goes to Alaska Airlines, as Hoda noted they probably don’t have a lot of bags to lose!
