Kathie Lee & Hoda: Valedictorian Will Not Get Diploma After Saying Hell In Speech
In Oklahoma, a girl graduated as the valedictorian of her high school after she received straight As throughout her school years. In her speech, she was talking about people asking her what she wanted to be and she didn’t know if she wanted to be a nurse or a veterinarian.

She said, “How the hell do I know? I’ve changed my mind so many times.” Kathie Lee said it is a famous line from one of the Twilight movies and the kids were all laughing. Hoda said the administration was very upset with her and they told her she needs to give them a written apology or she won’t get her diploma.

Kathie Lee and Hoda shared the results of the annual Princeton Review’s Best Colleges In The Country. The happiest students are at Rice University in Texas. The best professors are at Sarah Lawrence College in New York. The best financial aid is at Princeton. The top party school in the nation is West Virginia University, which it has been for the past three years.

Beloit College released their annual mindset list. This is what the Class of 2016 knows and what they don’t know. This year’s incoming class of freshmen have never seen an airline ticket. They’ve never carried luggage, they have always rolled it. They’ve always had cyberspace available to them.
They’ve always a had a woman in the US State Department for most of their lives. Robert De Niro is not known for being in Godfather, but as the father in Meet The Parents. Kurt Cobain, Jackie Onassis and Richard Nixon have always been dead to this group. Benjamin Braddock from The Graduate could be their grandfather.

A man in Kentucky died and in his will he wanted people to start leaving big tips for waiters and waitresses. His family has asked people to start donating money and they started going around to restaurants and giving out $500 tips. They record the incident happening and they have raised enough money to do it for the next two years.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Rosie O’Donnell Suffers Heart Attack
Rosie O’Donnell blogged about having a heart attack last week. She said in the blog that she is “happy to be alive.” Hoda said that a lot of women have symptoms that they don’t recognize. She said Rosie actually googled her symptoms and saw they were symptoms of a heart attack and took a Bayer aspirin because she saw on TV that it helps with heart attacks and 24 hours later went to the hospital and had a stent put in.

Phyllis Diller passed away on August 20 2012 at the age of 95. Kathie Lee said she was a great woman and will be missed. She was a pioneer for women in comedy.
