Kathie Lee & Hoda: Scary Movie 5 Review
With the weekend fast approaching, Kathie Lee and Hoda wanted to find out which movies they need to head out to theaters to see, so they invited E! correspondent Jason Kennedy on the show to give them the inside scoop on the best movies.
Kennedy’s first suggestion was Scary Movie 5, a sort of mock movie that brings together a number of scary movies from the past year and makes fun of them. He said the movie stars Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan and it premiers tonight in LA.
If you want something more dramatic to watch, Kennedy suggested 42, the baseball movie about the integration of the sport and how Jackie Robinson was an integral part of that movement. He said the movie is supposed to be excellent and it has only been receiving great reviews.
If you want something more nostalgic, Kennedy suggested Jurassic Park 3D to help you feel like a kid again.

As for staying home and watching something good, Kennedy said he has not been impressed with any of the movies that have been released to DVD as of late. He suggested going with something that took home an Oscar like Les Miserables, Lincoln or Zero Dark Thirty.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Brad Pitt At MTV Movie Awards
The MTV Movie Awards are airing this Sunday, April 14 2013. Kennedy seemed pretty excited about the awards ceremony saying he loves Rebel Wilson, who is hosting, and a lot of big name celebrities are going to be there like Kim Kardashian and Brad Pitt.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: The Voice Battle Rounds
The battle rounds on The Voice are starting this week and Hoda was so nervous about who was going to be chosen. Kennedy explained that during the battle rounds, two singers from the same team compete against each other and sing for the judges, who then determine who they want to stay on their team.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Ryan Seacrest Swatted
Ryan Seacrest was recently swatted, a term used to describe the new disgusting new trend of prank calling 911, lying to them about an incident and then having the SWAT team sent to the home of a celebrity. Seacrest is the latest celebrity to be swatted, followed by Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Psy Releasing New Single “Gentleman”
Psy is going to be realeasing a new single Friday, April 12 2013. The new single is called “Gentleman” and it does have a dance to go along with it, but Kennedy said he didn’t know much more. Psy has been keeping the song under wraps for quite some time.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Kinky Boots Review
Kathie Lee and Hoda went to see Kinky Boots the other night and they said they really loved the play. They recommended anyone who is in New York City the next couple of weeks to check out the show.
