In a recent Las Vegas concert, Celine Dion covered Adele‘s award-winning song, “Rolling in the Deep.” There is so much likeness in their voice, it is great to hear and both have struggled with issues for their vocal cords in the past.

Kathie Lee & Hoda: Gloria Parker Plays A Different Kind Of Instrument

Gloria Parker has spent a lifetime creating and performing music to the delight of people of all ages. She has surprised thousands with her musicmanship on the marimba, violin, vocally, and the musical glasses. She joins Kathie Lee and Hoda in the studio today to play some of those musical glasses, like Sandra Bullock in Miss Congeniality.

Gloria Parker learned to play the musical glasses at the age of 8. She knows how to play seven instruments, including the violin, which she learned to play at the age of 3 and had her first concert at the age of 5.

Awards were given out for the Best Commercials of 2011 and one of the big winners was a Chipotle ad, which featured Willie Nelson singing and dealt with sustainable farming. Kathie Lee and Hoda say it just reminds you of an easier life. For Best Performance and Dialogue, John Krasinnski and Alec Baldwin won for their New Era commercial. All the winners will tour in museums nationwide.

With all the success of Fifty Shades of Grey, products based on best-selling trilogy will be available soon. These products will include lingerie, sleepwear, bedding and stationery.

Kathie Lee & Hoda: Portugal Day Wine Celebration

Portugal Day is celebrated annually on June 10 and in honor of that celebration, Kathie Lee and Hoda are celebrating with wines from Portugal. Hoda is drinking a Red Niepoort Twisted Douro and Kathie Lee is drinking a white wine.
