It’s not just the kids who need clothes for back to school, it is also the moms that want to look good for the carpool line. Here with three hot mama makeovers is Eve Michaels, Image Consultant and Makeover Specialist and author of Dress Code: Ending Fashion Anarchy, who took three women from home to the office.
Eve Michaels: Raspberry Is New Fall Color
Kathie Lee and Hoda were joined by Eve Michaels, Image Consultant, who gave three women makeovers and took them from home to the office.
Up first for the makeover was Sheila, who is a mother of three and an author who has a hard time giving herself luxury and feeling beautiful any more. She wrote a book about having inner beauty, but she let herself go while being a mom to her kids. The kids are going back to school and she is heading back out to work and doing some speaking and teaching. Eve said the dress is the new color for fall, raspberry, and the cut of the dress is in.
Eve Michaels: Show Your Curves
The next makeover is for Clarice, who is a military spouse, mom of three girls and works part-time with the IRS and wanted a makeover with an age-appropriate look. She wanted to show her curves, but in an elegant way. She just wrote three children books, so she is excited to get out there in the speaking circuit.
Eve Michaels: Dress Code Review
The last makeover is for Maryellen, who has been a stay-at-home Mom since 1992 and now that her two kids are in college she is ready to re-launch her career. Eve put her in another berry tone, the season’s newest color. Eve said she got her PhD while her kids were in high school and she spent her life nurturing her brain, but not her beauty. Now she is a combination of both. She is going out there now to teach the world how to be healthy.
