The View: Dr. Gadget’s Summer Gadgets
Jenny McCarthy and guest co-host Ross Mathews talked to Dr. Gadget about the best summer products.
The View: Plantronics BackBeat Go 2 Wireless Earbugs Review
The first product was from overstock.com and it was the Plantronics BackBeat Go 2 Wireless Earbugs, which are great for listening to music in the summertime. They’re wireless headphones and they’re BlueTooth. These headphones are only $99.99. They’re also moisture proof.
The View: Bakerstone Pizza Oven Box Review
Then there was the Bakerstone Pizza Oven Box, which is a pizza oven for your barbecue. It can get up to 600 to 800 degrees, which means you can cook a pizza in 2 to 4 minutes. It’s only $116.
The View: Icybreeze Review
But the exclusive for The View was the Icybreeze, which has never before been featured anywhere. It’s a 38 quart cooler that has a built-in air conditioner, which means you can keep yourself cool just like your drinks. It’s got 7 hours of battery time and it’s rechargeable. Ross Mathews joked that it’s great for menopause. These are $349.
The View: Total Sun Block Extreme Shade Review
Then there was the Total Sun Block Extreme Shade, a giant umbrella you can use to block the sun on the beach. It blocks out 99.8 of the UVA and UVB rays, the most dangerous rays from the sun. It’s perfect for staying safe on the beach. Amazingly, this was only $79.99.
“One time in Miami I got drunk and fell asleep and burned my legs,” Ross Mathews said. He said that happened because the umbrella provided shade for his entire body, except for the legs.
The Kelsyus Premium Badminton Valleyball Combo Review
Lastly, there was the Kelsyus Premium Badminton and Valleyball Combo, which comes with a net, two volleyballs, and a badminto set. This was only $59.
Then Dr. Gadget served the volleyball into the audience, saying that if someone caught it, he would give everyone in the audience everything. Someone did catch it, so the entire audience got everything! That was nice of Dr. Gadget.
