The View: Lucy Danziger Self Magazine
Self Magazine recently held the healthy food award, giving special honors to healthy breakfast foods, healthy lunch foods, healthy dinner foods, healthy dessert foods, and healthy snacks that actually taste good in addition to being healthy for you. Self Magazine‘s editor, Lucy Danziger, came in to give The View a taste test of some of the top-rated foods from the list. Self said that you do not have to deprive yourself to be happy, and they started with breakfast to show us great-tasting healthy foods. Don’t miss the Seattle Chocolates Extreme Dark Truffle Bar.

Last up were Bear Naked’s Double-Chocolate Soft-Baked Granola Cookies (that’s a mouthful) that had protein fiber and whole grains in it that you will love.
