The Talk: July 10 2013
On The Talk July 10 2013, it is a loaded show with Australian vocal pop group Human Nature performing, R&B singer-songwriter Smokey Robinson visiting, Huffington Post owner Arianna Huffington sitting down to talk about her wildly successful website, and chef Nadia G. swinging by to help us out in the kitchen. Once again, Regis Philbin will be guest co-hosting the show. Here is what’s happening on The Talk July 10 2013.
The Talk: Arianna Huffington
Arianna Huffington is a syndicated columnist that is probably best known for starting news aggregator and blog website The Huffington Post. She started the website back in 2005 as an answer to right-wing news aggregator and blog site The Drudge Report, with her side taking a liberal spin on news and current events.
After the site launched, it has since garnered a massive following, getting over one million comments on material every month. Apparently, The Huffington Post is quite a quality publication, because back in 2012, the site became the first commercially run United States digital media outlet to win a Pulitzer Prize. I wonder if she will tell her origin story?
The Talk: Smokey Robinson
Smokey Robinson is an iconic name in R&B circles, and for good reason. He was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame back in 1987, and has well-known hits under his belt such as “Baby That’s Backatcha” “Curisin,” and “Just To See Her.” I wonder what he will be talking about?
