The Talk: Getting Organized Key To Staying Fit
Who would have thought being unorganized could be the reason you are out of the shape? Apparently The Talk thought about it, so they invited master organizer Justin Klosky on the show to give everyone some tips and tricks to staying organized and healthy.
The Talk: Set Daily Workout Reminders
Klosky said the first thing everyone needs to do to stay mentally and physically healthy is set daily reminders. Everyone should write out their workout routine on a calendar. Mark off what you want to do each day, like Monday you work on your legs and Tuesday you work on your cardio and so on. Klosky also suggested letting your phone do all the work for you. Set reminders on your phone so you really don’t even have to remember.
The Talk: Pack Gym Bag In Advance

The Talk invited Justin Klosky on the show to discuss how being organized, making a schedule and making a vision board will help you get fit in 2013.
Klosky suggested keeping a gym bag packed and ready to go. He said often times people will get off work, head home with the intention of going to the gym and never leave because they don’t want to pack their gym bag. If you have everything you need in your gym bag, from clothes to headphones to gym shoes to toiletries, you can head straight to the gym from the office.
The Talk: Prepare Healthy Snacks In Advance
Preparing healthy snacks in advance is going to keep you on the right track food wise. If the healthy snacks are prepared already, you will be more likely to grab something healthy than you will be to grab some kind of junk food. Klosky suggested going out and buying some new plasticware for the new year.
The Talk: Make a Vision Board
A vision board is going to help you do just that. It will help you visualize the goals you want to reach. Put up pictures of yourself when you were a bit lighter, put up pictures of people who inspire you and put up some inspirational quotes that are going to keep you motivated.
The Talk: Rearrange Your Pantry
Klosky said rearranging your pantry so all the healthy food is at eye level will keep you from snacking on the junk food. He suggested taking all the junk food and putting it on a really high or really low shelf. And if you are really serious about getting organized and staying fit, he suggested throwing out all the junk food in the pantry.
