The Talk: Miracles Happen Review
At some point in life, everyone asks the big questions. One popular theory about what happens when we die is that we are reincarnated, which means you could have had many past lives. Dr Brian Weiss, the author of the bestselling Many Lives, Many Masters, visited The Talk to share his newest book, Miracles Happen.
The Talk: Past Life Regression
Dr Brian Weiss said that you can find understanding and healing by exploring your past lives, because they affect your soul through all lifetimes. He believes you can heal physical and psychological symptoms by learning more about your soul’s past.

Dr Brian Weiss visited The Talk and showed what happened when he put Sheryl Underwood and Sara Gilbert under hypnosis for past life regression therapy.
Regression therapy takes you back in time, and Dr Weiss uses hypnosis to help patients explore their histories. In a hypnotic state, you can remember emotions and details more clearly.
The Talk: Dr Brian Weiss Skeptic
Before he was a believer, Dr Weiss was a skeptic himself. His psychiatric training didn’t prepare him for this, but decades ago he met a patient who changed his thinking forever. She had phobias, panic attacks, and depression.
When she went back to a time when her symptoms started was thousands of years in the past. Her revelations even surprised the patient, but her gagging symptoms disappeared when she remembered drowning in a past life.
The patient also unearthed details about a couple of Dr Weiss’s deceased relatives, making him a believer.
The Talk: Sheryl Underwood Regression Therapy
In her private session with Dr Weiss, Sherly recalled being a rich white person at a fancy ball. She also recalled a separate swordfighting battle. There’s something interesting about this, and Sheryl was obviously emotional during her session.
“We change races. We change sexes. We have to learn from all sides,” Dr Brian Weiss said.
The Talk: Sara Gilbert Regression Therapy
During Sara’s session, she experienced everything from a miscarriage to a car accident that killed her child. She also had African roots in a previous lifetime. According to Dr Weiss, these recollections were spontaneous and neither patient knew about the other’s session.
The Talk: What Is Deja Vu?
Sheryl told psychotherapist Dr Brian Weiss that she doesn’t like to give up control, but she felt “euphoric” after her treatment. He suggested that anyone can use this for healing, because of the power of the mind.
Eventually, patients come to realize that the person they are is their soul, even though the body may change between lifetimes. It’s got to be peaceful to believe that when you die, you’re coming back somehow.
Deja Vu, the feeling that you have been somewhere or met someone before, can be related to past lives. Maybe you have been in that place before or met that person as someone else in another life.
