The Doctors: Butt Blasting Exercise You Can Do Seated
The average American spends about eight hours every day sitting down and that can be bad for you health. The Doctors brought on personal trainer Ashley Bordon who had the perfect exercises anyone can do while sitting down. One of them is even going to help plump up your behind and all you have to do is take a seat.
According to Borden, sitting down most of the day shuts down the body, which means you need to stay active even it means you do it while sitting down. Check out how to do all her sit down exercises in the video below.
The Drs: The Broot Hair Spa Used Bull Testicle Extract In Hair
To what lengths would you go to make your hair as healthy as possible? Would you ever think about putting bull testicle extract in your hair to make it healthy? Well, if you ever end up in The Broot Hair Spa you might be offered the service of having it put in your hair.
The Doctors sent Samantha into the spa to meet the owner Samira Asemanfar who told Samantha the extract from the bull testicles is filed with hormones and proteins that penetrate into the hair and make the hair softer and more controllable.
After the hair treatment was done, Samantha said she could see a big difference in her hair. Her hair was softer, it was more manageable and she said it grew over an inch in just one week. As for the the bull testicle treatment, she said she would do it again. It didn’t even smell, which surprised her, but what surprised The Doctors most was that Samantha said it made it her hungry smelling it.
The Doctors: All-Natural Hair Mask For Frizzy Hair
Samira Asemanfar doesn’t just use bull testicle extract when helping her patients get the best hair they can. She also shared some of her all-natural hair masks that work great for all types of hair.
The first woman she talked with said she has frizzy hair and she wants the frizz to be a little more tamed. Samira said all she needs to do is make a hair mask with equal parts egg, olive oil, almond milk, avocado and honey. Simply blend all the ingredients together in a blender and then leave the mask on your hair for 30 minutes before rinsing it off. Samira said it works best if you can apply some heat to the hair while the mask is one, like going out in the sun.
Samira also suggested applying a hair mask every other week to keep your hair healthy, soft and looking great. Check out the recipes for both hair masks below, along with one extra one that wasn’t on the show:

1/2 avocado
1 egg
1-2 ounces olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2-3 ounces of almond milk
The Doctors Hair Mask Ingredients For Dry Hair:
1/2 avocado
2 ounces mayonaise
1-2 ounces coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
2-3 ounces almond milk
The Doctors Hair Mask Ingredients For Damaged or Color-Treated Hair:
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1-2 ounces jojoba oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 ounces mayonaise
2-3 ounces almond milk
The Doctors Hair Mask Directions:
- Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. Apply to hair. Leave in for 15 to 30 minutes. Sit in the sun, if possible, to help the treatment penetrate your hair. Rinse and shampoo.
