Burn Double The Calories Tip #2 – Change Up Treadmill Routines
Dr Travis Stork said that to burn double the calories you can do different tricks on the treadmill such as the following:
– Increase the incline of the ramp on your treadmill because this can burn double to triple the calories
– Increase your speed to burn more calories in the same amount of time
– Do not grip the hand rail on the side of the treadmill
Another great Weight Loss Tip from Dr Travis Stork is that if you walk for 2 minutes and jog for one minute, and gradually increase the speed, you will gradually burn more and more calories without feeling completely drained.
