The Drs: Healthy Fish Tacos
Recapo Update: You can find Danielle’s other two healthy barbecue recipes below:

On The Doctors, Food blogger Danielle Walker shared her delicious, healthy take on fish tacos that you can easily make this summer! (haggismac / flickr)
Food blogger Danielle Walker was sharing some of her delicious healthy barbecue recipes with The Doctors, and she had a delicious, healthier take on fish tacos. Rather than using tortillas, she serves her fish tacos with butter lettuce leaves, and she grills her fish rather than frying. So overall it’s a much healthier dish without any loss of flavor! The salsa is delicious and healthy as well. If you’re missing some of the creaminess of regular fish tacos, you can add some avocado as well.
I plan on making this exact recipe very soon. Do you have a similar fish taco recipe to share? What would you change about this recipe if you made it yourself?
