The Doctors: Eat Your Way To Better Skin
Would you believe that you can eat your way to glowing skin? It’s all part of the “21 Day Superstar Cleanse.” Rainbeau Mars explained that eating healthy food can help you break bad habits and find your way to better health. Some of her recipes got Dr Rachael Ross a little worried, considering at 5 months pregnant she’s pretty sensitive to tastes and smells, and it didn’t help that Dr Travis Stork also wasn’t a fan of cabbage, but her cabbage salad made with apple cider vinegar, cucumber, olive oil, and Ponzu.
She also replaced regular pasta with kelp noodles, which Dr Rachael said tasted pretty good! What The Doctors thoroughly enjoyed was the Pretty Girl Pecan Pie, which you can find the recipe for by clicking next page.
