Dealing With Inappropriate Personal Trainers & Staying Hydrated
A woman is suing LA Fitness after she went in for an appointment with her personal trainer and he began harassing her. She said he was being very inappropriate with her and he even sent her some very disrespectful text messages.
Personal trainer Ashley Borden said if something like this happens to you, speak up right away. Tell someone right away and communicate with the personal trainer that you do not feel comfortable. She added that people also need to understand the personal trainer will be touching them. It is part of the job and it is your job to let them know when it becomes too uncomfortable.
She also reminded everyone to stay hydrated when they work out. She suggested getting the Sport Store water bottle with an extra compartment for your keys.
