The Drs: ‘Empire’ Actress Grace Gealey
Actress Grace Gealey, one of the beautiful stars of Empire, will join The Doctors to talk about her role in the hit show. More than that, she wanted to sit down with The Doctors to share what it was like growing up with hard of hearing parents and using sign language to communicate. She’s excited to share what common misconceptions people have about the deaf and hard of hearing, and hopefully change a few people’s views on the deaf community.
The Drs: Quick Phobia Fix
The Doctors will then take a closer look at a 30-minute phobia fix, to find out if it can really help their own Dr Ashton overcome her petrifying fear of snakes. If you’re a loyal viewer, you know just how terrified Dr Ashton is of the creatures, so there’s no doubt she can either verify the legitimacy of this “quick fix” or quickly shoot it down.
What phobia would you attempt to get rid of if you could? For me it would probably be bugs in general considering I’m raising a boy and there’s no doubt he’ll be getting his little hands dirty!
The Drs: Life-Saving Hot Sauce?
Finally, The Doctors will explain how hot sauce helped one man discover a life-threatening tumor. It’s a bit odd to say that he can attribute his life being saved to the mouth-burning sauce, but it’s true! Just wait until you hear how it all happened!
