The Doctors’ guest Angela is a yo-yo dieter like many people out there. She’s 46 years old and she said that her weight has always been an issue for her. She comes from an Italian family and she said that her whole family always ate for comfort. Her mother and her sister had gastric bypass surgery and she thought it was an extreme way to lose weight. She said she does a lot of snacking throughout the day, because she’s a stay at home mom with a 12 year old and 15 year old at home.

Right now, she’s going through a divorce. She’s currently 160 pounds. At her highest weight, she’s been around 190 pounds. She said she’s had some issues with her blood pressure and she finds herself wanting to withdraw and hide from others due to her weight. Her son has also had a problem with his weight and she wants to be able to model good weight for them. Right now, she needs a way to lose about 20 to 25 pounds.

The Doctors: Super Shred Diet Review

Dr. Ian Smith recommended the Super Shred Diet, which is built for speed. Using this diet, you lose weight really quickly. The average amount of weight lost in four weeks is 20 pounds. That’s just 20 pounds in one month. However, unlike some other diet plans, this diet is completely healthy, according to Dr. Ian Smith. It’s basic, inexpensive food and all the meals are spelled out for you.

The diet involves changing the amount of calories you take in. Some days you’ll take in 1200 calories, some days 900, some days 1000. By alternating the calorie amounts, you keep your metabolism on its toes.
