Dr. Ordon Two Dollar Twofer Ingredients:
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
Dr. Ordon Two Dollar Twofer Directions:
- In an ice tray, add one drop lemon juice and one drop olive oil. Fill up each square with water and freeze.
- Once frozen, apply one cube directly to skin.
Dr. Ordon said this at home facial treatment works on a number of levels. The ice, being as cold as it is, acts as an anti-inflammatory which natural brings down any swelling in the face. The lemon has vitamin C and acts as a stimulator for collagen. The olive oil works as a moisturizer and as an anti-inflammatory.
Jennifer Lawrence Beauty Tips
Can you answer this celebrity pop quiz question? What is Jennifer Lawrence’s slimming secret to stop bloating? Does she use:
- Lemon juice
- Magnesium sulfate
- Plastic warp
If you answered magnesium sulfate you would be correct.
While The Doctors were skeptical it would actually work, they did say some people think soaking in a bath of magnesium sulfate will draw the moisture out of the body, in turn stopping the bloat. Dr. Ordon pointed out the heat from the bathtub water could dehydrate the body a little bit but not enough to stop bloating.
Regardless, who doesn’t want to lay in a nice, hot bath and just soak? At least it is relaxing.
