The Doctors: Celebrity Love Tattoos
One of the latest trends for celebrities is to get a tattoo with their current love’s name. But what happens when the relationship is over but the tattoo is still there?
Newly divorced Katy Perry and Russell Brand have matching sanskrit tattoos. Eva Longoria had ex-husband Tony Parker’s jersey number tattooed on the back of her neck, but has had it removed.
Marc Anthony had “Jennifer” tattooed on his wrist for his formed wife Jennifer Lopez, but has turned it into the Statue of Liberty. When Johnny Depp broke up with Winona Ryder, he changed his tattoo from “Winona Forever” to “Wino Forever.”

Dr. Andrew Ordon said there are many ways to remove tattoos now using laser technology. Dr. Ordon said a lot of factors go into tattoo removal, such as how long you’ve had it, how deep it is and where it’s at on your body.
Dr. Ordon said it’s a much longer and more expensive process to get a tattoo removed than to get it in the first place. Dr. Lisa Masterson said that guys should get “Mother” tattooed over their hearts instead of their girlfriends’ names.
The Doctors: Is Method Acting Safe?
Fans of Matthew McConaughey who are used to seeing the star’s beautiful abs are shocked when they see his newly slimed-down figure. McConaughey has dropped 30 pounds for the role of an AIDS patient in the movie The Dallas Buyers Club.
McConaughey is doing cardio, drinking tea and only eating five ounces of protein a day. Dr. Jim Sears said this method acting reminds him of when Christian Bale lost 63 pounds for The Machinist.
Dr. Ordon and Dr. Masterson said what McConaughey is doing isn’t healthy, and he has a negative protein balance. Dr. Travis Stork said that he could cause his body a lot of harm with electrolyte imbalances.
The Doctors: Denise Richards Avocado Hair Mask
A viewer, Sonja, sent in a video about how her hair is thinning as a result of medication she takes for Hypothyroidism. She said when she sees pictures of celebs with big red carpet hair, she gets envious. She wondered if The Doctors had any tips or tricks to get hair like actress Denise Richards.
The Doctors invited Denise onto the show to share her secrets. Richards recommended making a hair mask of mashed avocado, olive oil and coconut milk. She said she gets her hair damp and then applies the mask. Celebrity stylist Christophe was backstage with Sonja to give her a new do.

Richards also recommends applying clear vinegar in the shower, which helps give your hair shine and volume. Denise and Christophe have recently teamed up to released an all-natural hair product line. The Denise Richards hair line is called Denise Richards Volume Extend. The line is also sulfate free, and Dr. Masterson said that sulfates can really strip down your hair.
