Oil pulling is an ancient ayurvedic dental remedy that involves swishing coconut oil for 20 minutes to “detoxify the body” and brighten your teeth. Research is very limited but a research study found that coconut oil pulling could reduce plaque a little. Dr Jennifer Ashton said you shouldn’t try it while pregnant, but Dr Ashton’s dentist even said it won’t hurt but he’s definitely not for it.

Then, The Doctors discussed the one shade of lipstick that is reportedly perfect for any skin tone. The music video from Justin Bieber’s song “Sorry” featured 13 dancers sporting the same exact hue of lipstick from the same tube. He said his daughter “went through hell” but is now drug free.
