The Drs: Difference Between Winners and Losers & Alcohol Intolerance

The Doctors: Change Your Life Direction

Stephan appeared on The Doctors TV show to turn his life around with the help of Dr. Phil McGraw and Dr. Travis Stork.

Stephan said that he works long hours as a cook at a 24 hour restaurant. He’s lent out over $40,000 to friends in the past, and he’s only received 10% of that back. He also found out that he’s allergic to alcohol, and all of his friends’ social lives revolve around drinking, so he feels left out.

Stephan is beginning to physically feel the affects of his life, and said he’s very depressed. He doesn’t work out anymore because he doesn’t see the point since he has no one to impress. Dr. Phil wanted to change his life direction.

Stephan said this holds him back from his friendships. Ever since they all turned 21, they want to drink before every activity that they do. Dr. Phil suggested getting some new friends. Dr. Phil said he doesn’t drink and he’s never had any problem in social settings.
