The Doctors TV Show was focused on the topic of Why Is My Body Changing. They answered all kinds of questions on topics from hair loss to cellulite to changes “down there.” The Drs TV Show spoke about Post Pregnancy Body Changes and Mommy Makeovers.
The Doctors: How Much Weight Should You Gain Each Week of Pregnancy?
The Doctors brought a first time mom on the show today, because she is 5 months pregnant and wants to know what she can expect will happen to her body after the baby is born. Dr Lisa Masterson said that most women gain way too much weight during pregnancy. You should only gain 1/2 pound to 1 pound per week of being pregnant. When you are pregnant your blood doubles and your uterus expands to hundreds of times its capacity, but it shrinks back after pregnancy – though this can take some time.
The Doctors TV Show: Post-Pregnancy Body Changes
Some women said that their Post-Pregnancy Body Changes included stretch marks, changes to their breasts, and if you do not do kegel exercises, you can pee every time that you sneeze.
Dr Lisa Masterson said that stretch marks are like scars, and some get them and some get none at all. Your breasts look great during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, but afterward they can deflate like a balloon. Dr Masterson said it can help a lot if you do not gain too much weight.
The Doctors TV Show: Post-Pregnancy Body Fixes
The Doctors encouraged every mom that has self-image issues after pregnancy to talk to a plastic surgeon like Dr Andrew Ordon, because pregnancy can cause significant deformities like loose skin and stretch marks. Some stretch mark treatments include cocoa butter, vitamin e and laser treatments.
The Doctors: Mommy Makeover
The Doctors mentioned a term called the Mommy Makeover, which a plastic surgeon can do for you after you are all done having children. A Mommy Makeover often includes a Tummy Tuck, Breast Lifting and even Breast Enlargement.
Help!! I had a small amount of procedures done 2 years post delivery .
I feel like I was a piece of meat thrown through the process. Not much consultation of choices it was all about
Money.
I have had 3 children, 2 being my last pregnancy, twins. I am blessed in
Many ways, however I feel that I have had botched up procedures I would really like some home with details.
Desperate to want to be a “mommy in action” and having a husband that ” stays attracted”.
Warm Regards,
