“Control your asthma, don’t let it control you,” Dr. Travis Stork said.
With proper treatment, people like Zenna should be able to do pretty much anything. However, exercising can make breathing difficult for asthma sufferers. Therefore, if it’s a persisting issue, Dr. Travis suggested limiting exercise to short, intermittent periods of exertion.

Debra, 43, wanted to know what causes breast fibroids, and also how she can avoid them in the future. Dr. Lisa Masterson said that fibroids are benign tumors in the uterus; what Debra was actually referring to is known as fibroadenoma. These are rubbery, round masses in the breast, and are usually benign. However, it’s important to perform breast self-exams and report any lump to your doctor.

Like many people, Josh, 38, sits behind a computer all day at work. At the end of the day, his eyes bother him, so he wondered if staring at a computer can ruin eyesight. Dr. Travis Stork said that it can’t necessarily “ruin” eyesight, but you should take breaks to avoid strain. If you get up and take a quick walk every 20 minutes or so, your eyes will feel much better.
