Drs: Yogurt for Vaginal Odor & Can You Lose Something in Your Vagina?

Dr. Rachael Ross: Down Right Feel Right – Outercourse For Her & For Him

Dr. Rachael Ross appeared on The Doctors TV show to talk about her book Down Right Feel Right – Outercourse For Her & For Him.

Dr. Ross said that outercourse is everything you used to do as a teenager. She’s found that as many couples get older, they stop having outercourse.

The Drs: Yogurt for Vaginal Odor

Drs: Yogurt for Vaginal Odor & Can You Lose Something in Your Vagina?

If you are dealing with vaginal odor, try eating yogurt. If the odor doesn’t go away, you should see your doctor.

Dr. Masterson hit the streets to find out how women are keeping their lady parts clean and fresh. Responses ranged from using mild soap and eating pineapples to showering twice a day and waxing.

Another lady said she exercises, eats a healthy diet and uses baby wipes and another said she uses baby products.

You should never have an odor “down there,” and if you do, you should see a doctor. Dr. Ross said that a lot of ladies over-wash, which can wash away good things that balance your pH. Dr. Masterson said that eating yogurt can also help get rid of odor.

The Drs TV: Varicose Veins Around Vulva

A viewer sent in a video to The Drs. and asked if there was any way to get rid of varicose veins around your lady parts. Dr. Masterson said the vulva is very vascular, so when you get pregnant it puts pressure on your body and can cause the varicose veins.

Dr. Masterson said that usually varicose veins go away after delivery, but if you still have them and they are becoming painful or causing blood clots, you should talk to your doctor.

Dr. Andrew Ordon recommended sclerosing agents or laser therapy to take care of the veins. In major cases, you might need to have your veins stripped. Dr. Masterson said that compression stockings and keeping pressure off the affected areas can also help.

The Doctors: Can You Lose Something in Your Vagina?

The Doctors set up a game of myth vs. reality between a man and woman from the audience.

The first question was about women losing things in their lady parts. The man said that it wasn’t possible, and the woman agreed. Dr. Masterson said that it’s a little bit of a myth and reality.

Dr. Masterson said that you can’t really lose things in there, but many women forget they have something in them. This results in a trip to the doctors to find the missing objects.
