The Drs: Tension Headaches
Dr Andrew Ordon explained that tension headaches are one the most common types of headaches. He was joined by Dr Sasan Massachi, who explained that a tension headache involves a dull pain or discomfort in the scalp or neck. It can feel like you have a tight band squeezing your head. The muscles in the head can become tense or contract. For relief, try massaging that scalp, temples, or neck and use slow, relaxed breathing.
You can also relieve the pain with an over-the-counter medication like Excedrin Tension Headache.

The Drs: Don’t Brush Your Teeth After Coffee
The Doctors then shared that there’s one thing you’re likely doing that can seriously damage your teeth. If you brush your teeth right after your morning cup of coffee, you could be destroying your enamel. The acids in coffee soften the enamel on your teeth, so if you brush right away, you can start to brush away some of your enamel. Once enamel is gone, it’s gone for good. Instead, wait at least 30 minutes after eating acidic foods and drinks.
