In reference to an earlier segment, Dr. Travis Stork asked Kyle if she dressed for other women or for men, and she said, “We always dress for women.” Dr. Rachael Ross brought up the new season of the show, and Kyle said, “From a viewer’s perspective, it’s definitely our best season yet.” She made a point to say that it’s from the viewer’s perspective, because it’s not always fun in her shoes.
The Doctors: Kyle Richards Chronic Dry Eyes
Dr. Stork brought up something that not everyone knows about and Kyle explained that about five years ago when she first started the show, she noticed her eyes were always dry. She said it got to the point where she was very uncomfortable. Another housewife suggested artificial tears, but she was having to use them every 20 minutes.
She went to her eye doctor, who prescribed her the only medication there is for chronic dry eyes. Dr. Stork explained that you don’t want to use eye drops every 20 minutes, and one of the worst things you could do is to splash regular water into your eyes. He said chronic dry eyes affect every part of your life.
Dr. Jennifer Ashton asked Kyle if she ever tried omega fatty acid supplements, saying that some eye doctors will say it will help with a lubrication issue. Kyle said she had always been taking the supplement and it never helped her eyes, but the prescription medication certainly has. Dr. Stork said if you’re suffering from a chronic problem, get it checked out.
The Drs TV: Kyle Richards Little House On The Prairie
Dr. Stork then referred to Kyle’s old role on Little House on the Prairie and asked how acting compares to what she does on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Kyle said, “Give me a script any day.” She said you leave a character, whereas on a reality show, it’s real life.
