- 1 Brown Rice Cake (with seaweed if possible)
- 1 slice Pepperjack Cheese

- 2 tbsp Hummus

- 1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Frozen Banana
- 1/3 cup Frozen Cherries
- 1/3 cup Yogurt
- 3 stemmed, chopped Kale leaves
- 2 tsp Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 3/4 cup Apple Cider

- Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
