The Chew: Philadelphia Fish House Punch Recipe Ingredients

Clinton Kelly’s Philadelphia Fish House Punch is a fun and tasty cocktail to sip on with your favorite people, anytime of the year! (kentwang / Flickr)
- 1 oz cognac
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 thin wheel lemon
- 1 oz dark rum
- 3/4 oz peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- ice – to serve
For the Simple Syrup:
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C water
The Chew: Philadelphia Fish House Punch Recipe Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, add the cognac, dark rum, simple syrup, peach schnapps, ice, and fresh lemon juice
- Shake for about 30 seconds to blend
- Strain over ice into a Collins glass
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
For the Simple Syrup:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring the water and sugar to a boil
- Reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes to dissolve the sugar
- Remove from the heat and cool until ready to use
