The Chew: Special Crispy Grilled Cheese Recipe & Blue Cheese Sauce
Get more than a grilled cheese with this recipe. Michael Symon‘s crispy grilled cheese can be as simple as gruyere and bread or as spectacular as a blue cheese-chili flakes masterpiece. Pick your way and experiment with it. It would be hard to ruin a grilled cheese.
The Chew: Simple Ribeye Steak Recipe with Spring Onions, Morels & Port
While Michael Symon’s dish didn’t include any meat, Mario Batali cooked up a perfect ribeye steak. It was pretty simple, even when you looked at the spectacular recipe. If you want a simple dinner, try just the steaks, new potatoes, garlic and rosemary. For a more complex recipe, use brown sugar, dry Tawny Port wine, and dried Porcini.
Which of these recipes are you excited to try? I think the ribeye sounds like the perfect date night meal and I would make the grilled cheese for a girls night in. Let me know who you would make these for in the comments.
