Carla Hall and Clinton Kelly are teaming up for the Dish of the Day as they make a cheese tart with marinated tomato and zucchini salad. All the ingredients come straight from the garden and are as organic as vegetables can be.
This is one easy dish anyone can make with some simple, easy to make foods. The best part about cooking with vegetables is they don’t have to be cooked for them to taste excellent.
Rosemary’s Rooftop Garden Urban Harvest
The Chew are heading to Rosemary’s restaurant in New York City to check out the urban harvest. This restaurant uses all their own roof grown vegetables and herbs in all their dishes and The Chew wanted to see it all in action.
Mario Batali Summer Vegetables with Ham in Cartoccio Recipe
Chef Mario Batali is finishing off the episode with a summer vegetable with ham in cartoccio recipe. Basically he is cooking summer vegetables of his choice along with ham in a paper bag of sorts, the cartoccio, allowing the vegetables to cook slowly.
