Steve Harvey: Mother Of the Bride Fashion
Finding the perfect dress for your child’s big day is probably as hard as finding a wedding dress. You don’t want to show too much skin and you want to feel gorgeous. These three dresses are so beautiful that you will feel comfortable and fashionable on their big day. In fact, why just use them for a wedding? You could splurge on these styles for date night or an anniversary.
A chiffon A-line dress with beaded cap sleeves and a sweetheart neckline is great for moms that want more coverage. It gives the illusion of a shrug but you’ll still be able to throw you hands up and dance. Another choice would be flutter sleeves on an A-line and a v-neck. This is a good choice for moms with a bigger bust but a modest mindset. This dress came in a two-toned color that was a little more groovy. The third choice was a teal, A-line sleeveless dress. This would look lovely for a beach wedding or summer soiree. It has a front and back V-neckline that showed more skin. It has a flashy beaded waistline for moms that like bling.

Steve Harvey: Bacon Cheesecake
What can’t you do with bacon? It seems like everyone wants to put this breakfast meat in their homes and on their desserts. If you’re interested in making a bacon cheesecake, here you go!
Steve Harvey Bacon Cheesecake Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers (crust)
- 2 tbsp sugar (crust)
- 1 cup bacon fat or butter (crust)
- 16 oz. cream cheese, room temp
- 2/3 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp flour
Steve Harvey Bacon Cheesecake Directions:
For the cheesecake, beat together cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add the salt, vanilla and eggs. Fold in the lemon juice, flour and sour cream.
Cook the bacon with brown sugar and maple syrup while cooking. Let this cool and then crumble into small pieces. For the maple carmel sauce, mix one cup of maple syrup and one cup of carmel sauce.
Now you’re ready to assemble these. Combine the crust ingredients to form a stiff ball. If they’re too dry, add more bacon fat/butter. Press the graham cracker crust in a 10″ pan. Drizzle the maple caramel sauce and then some of the bacon. Pour in a 1/3 of the cheesecake mix and then repeat for layers. Bake in 350 degrees open for 50 minutes. The cheesecake should be jiggly but not soupy. The edges should be slightly brown. Finish this with more caramel drizzle and bacon. Stick it in the fridge and serve cold.
