There’s really no flavor more representative of fall than pumpkin spice. When Sunny Anderson returned to The Rachael Ray Show to share a few of her favorite sweets and treats, she knew she had to use the spice combination in at least one recipe! Her Pumpkin Spice Popcorn may be the easiest snack you’ll ever make, besides plain microwave popcorn, of course! She brilliantly combined popcorn, cinnamon-sugar, pumpkin spice and pepitas, as well as a few flavor additions, to make for a snack that you’ll have a hard time sharing!

Rachael Ray: Sunny Anderson Pumpkin Spice Popcorn Recipe Ingredients

Sunny Anderson made a tasty snack out of the most popular flavor of fall! Her Pumpkin Spice Popcorn is a delicious delight! (foundfarmers / Flickr)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp cinnamon-sugar
- kosher salt
- 1/2 C pepitas
- 6 C popped popcorn
- 2 tbsp butter – melted
Sunny Anderson: Rachael Ray Pumpkin Spice Popcorn Recipe Directions
- Put the pepitas in a large pan over medium heat
- Toast, tossing constantly for about 10 minutes, until warm and a little chewy
- Remove from the heat and add the pumpkin pie spice
- Toss a few more times to warm the spices
- While the popcorn is still warm after popping, toss with the butter and cinnamon-sugar
- Add the toasted pepitas, season with a pinch of salt, then toss again
