Rachael Ray: Popcorn Balls Recipe Ingredients

Jillian’s Popcorn Balls recipe is an adorable and tasty kid-friendly treat that would work for just about any special occasion! (lindatrawnik / Flickr)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 C candy corn
- black and orange sprinkles
- 2 bags microwave popcorn
- 4 C mini marshmallows
- 1 C peanut butter candy pieces
Rachael Ray: Popcorn Balls Recipe Directions
- Pop the popcorn in the microwave and pour into an extra-large mixing bowl, leaving out any unpopped kernels
- To the bowl, add candy, a little salt, and a little sugar, then toss
- Over medium heat, melt the marshmallows and butter until entirely melted and shiny
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn mixture, then stir until it’s cool enough to handle
- Spray your hands with nonstick spray (to prevent sticking!) then shape the mixture into balls
- Put the popcorn balls onto a parchment-lined sheet pan to set
- Sprinkle the popcorn balls with sprinkles to finish
