Rachael Ray: Kelsey Nixon
Rachael Ray teamed up with Kitchen Confidence cookbook author Kelsey Nixon and athlete Victor Cruz to make some Slow Cooker Pulled Pork meals. You can make a big batch and freeze portions of it to make many different meals. Pork Butt and Pork Shoulder are the same thing.
Rachael called it affordable and tender, as well as perfect for slow cooking. Breaking the meat down is easier before braising. This will also help you divide it for freezing or making different meals. You also have the option to brown it to speed up cooking a bit, or you can just put the meat directly in the pot.
