Rachael Ray: Mike Rowe’s Moscow Mule & Cosmopolitan
Mike Rowe’s series How Booze Built America made Mike pretty much an expert on cocktail mixing. Despite the title of the mini series, Rachael thought it was appropriate to ask Mike to whip up a Moscow Mule Recipe. It seems like Rachael wasn’t really aware of how the show is about America, and not…oh, never mind. We all know that name was probably just slapped on because there vodka in it and to nail some some alliteration. While Rachael ordered a Moscow Mule, Regis, who was visiting the show, asked Mike to whip up a Cosmopolitan Recipe.
Rachael Ray: Moscow Mule Recipe Ingredients
- 1 shot of vodka
- 3 shots of ginger beer
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 3 sprigs of mint
- 2 lime wedges
Rachael Ray: Moscow Mule Recipe Directions
- Pour vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice into a glass or copper mug with ice in it.
- Stir the mix thoroughly.
- To serve the drink, garnish it with mint sprigs and lime wedges.
Rachael Ray: Cosmopolitan Recipe Ingredients
- 1 1/2 shots vodka
- 1 shot orange liquor, such as Cointreau
- 1 shot cranberry juice
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Long, thin piece orange zest
Rachael Ray: Cosmopolitan Recipe Directions
- Add the vodka, Cointreau, cranberry and lime juices to a shaker filled with ice.
- Cover the shaker and shake it until the drink is thoroughly mixed and chilled from the ice.
- Strain the drink into a martini glass and serve with a twisted orange zest.
