Rachael Ray May 17 2013
Rachael Ray is taking her cameras on the road and invading someone else’s kitchen on her May 17 2013 show. She will be touring Regis Philbin’s home. Also on the show, Deborah Norville is doing some DIY crafts with Rachael and Regis. Here’s what you can expect when you tune in.
Rachael Ray: Regis Philbin Memorabilia
Seeing Regis Philbin show off his home and try his antics on other people makes me wish he had retired gracefully from Live! two years ago. Instead, he is lingering, and he will be taking Rachael through some of his best memories in a tour of his apparently dated home.
Check out his Notre Dame chair, wood paneling, and a classy Tiffany lamp he hates that his wife insisted he buy. It’s the only nice thing in the room, Regis! Once he starts talking about his career and memories, you know you won’t be able to get him to stop.
Based on the sneak preview, Regis’s house looks like an old person’s basement from the late 1980s. See if you agree with me when you watch Rachael Ray on May 17.
Rachael Ray: Deborah Norville Crafts
From Inside Edition, Deborah Norville is joining Rachael and Regis on Friday’s episode as well. A brief glimpse of her home reveals that someone has redecorated it in the last 30 years, so it doesn’t seem confusing or look like a Cheers repeat.
She will be teaching Rachael how to make DIY crafts at home. Almost anyone can do them, except Regis, because you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. It’s not like the sewing machine is a new invention, Regis.
Rachael Ray: Miracle Puppy
Learn the story of miracle puppy Kia, discovered at an impound lot. What has happened to the dog now? Plus, Rachael and Regis are looking back on some highlights from the past year, Deborah is celebrating an Inside Edition anniversary, and there is a surprise gift for the audience.
It’s going to be a busy hour on Rachael Ray’s May 17 episode.
