Josh Capon is cooking up some of his favorite ballpark-themed snacks. He brings Rachael his Mini Cheesesteak Sliders.
Mini Cheesesteak Slider Ingredients:
- 1 pound sliced roast beef
- salt & pepper
- 2 large onions, carmelized
- 4 mini Italian hero rolls
- 4 slices Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Dijon musteard
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped

After you’ve chowed down on sliders and dogs, take a minute to enjoy Katie Lee’s sweet ballpark treats.
Ballpark Brownie Ingredients:
- Coat a pan with cooking spray
- Box of brownie mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup caramel popcorn/Cracker Jacks
- 1/2 cup chopped pretzel sticks
- 1/2 cup chopped, lightly salted peanuts
