There are many intense workouts available now, but none are as crazy as Insanity. Shaun T gained 50 pounds his first year at college and decided to focus on fitness. He has since become the face and body of one of the newest fitness crazes, Insanity. He’s challenging chef Ryan Scott to try out this intense workout on April 29.
The Biggest Loser’s Bob Harper is another face and body of fitness. He helps overweight and plateaued adults get their body weight under control. On this episode of Rachael, Bob Harper talks about his new weight loss regimen and book, “Jumpstart to Skinny.” Also, Rachael reads him a letter from a fan who he inspired to lose 60 pounds. She’s coming to the show to talk with Rachael and has no clue that Bob Harper is in the studio. He hides in the audience to surprise the slimmed down fan.
