Rachael Ray Football Wings on Kelly & Michael
Football season is here, as Michael Strahan knows. Rachael Ray visited Kelly & Michael to make her baked Sticky Asian Wings Recipe, which is a perfect tailgating or game day party snack food. Kelly & Michael: Rachael Ray Hot Wings Recipe Ingredients
- 3-4 lb Chicken Wings
- 1 cup Sriracha Hot Sauce
- 3 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 2 sticks Butter
- Salt
Blue Cheese Ranch Ingredients
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1 grated clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp chopped Fresh Herbs
- Salt & Pepper
Rachael Ray: Kelly & Michael Hot Wings Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Partially cook chicken for five minutes in a large pot of bubbling water.
- Drain and dry chicken.
- Combine blue cheese ranch ingredients and set aside.
- Melt butter in a small sauce pot on medium.
- Whisk in sriracha, salt, and white wine vinegar to combine. Reserve.
- Bake wings 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
- Transfer wings to a bowl and pour sriracha mix over them, tossing well to coat.
- Serve with blue cheese ranch dipping sauce.
Rachael Ray: Whiskey Wings Recipe Ingredients
- 3-4 lb Chicken Wings
- 1 cup Bourbon
- 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Orange Preserves
- Salt & Pepper
Kelly & Michael: Rachael Ray Whiskey Wings Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Partially cook chicken for five minutes in a large pot of bubbling water.
- Drain and dry chicken.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan with a whisk, over high heat.
- Reduce by half and take off heat.
- Bake wings for 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
- Transfer wings to a large bowl and pour sauce over them, tossing to coat.
