Kelly & Michael: October 23 2014
Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan had a great day on October 23 2014. Kelly’s husband Mark Consuelos came by to talk about the second season of his Amazon Prime show Alpha House, while Jessica Capshaw talked about what’s been going on with Dr. Arizona Robbins on Grey’s Anatomy. Plus, Annie Lennox stopped by Live! With Kelly & Michael and gave a beautiful rendition of “Summertime.” It was a great day.
Kelly & Michael: Inbox Ashes
Kelly & Michael ended the day by opening up the Inbox and reading a fan message. It said she wanted to put her ashes in her children’s Etch-a-Sketch. That’s creepy and hilarious.

Kelly & Michael: Ebola + Halloween Costumes
Kelly & Michael first talked about how excited they were for Mark Consuelos and Jessica Capshaw to come on the show. They also mentioned how gross it is outside today. They then gave an update on the Ebola patients and talked about the most popular Halloween costumes.

Kelly & Michael: Speeding, Ashes + Canada Shooting
Kelly & Michael then talked about a man who took speeding drivers into his own hands by painting on the street. He actually got arrested for what he did even though the speeding drivers never get in trouble. They also talked about what to do with your ashes when you die.

Kelly & Michael: Mark Consuelos
Mark Consuelos came by to talk about the second season of his Amazon Prime show Alpha House, but also talked about what it’s really like to be married to Kelly. He talked about how great their bed is and how they loved switching sides. They also talked about teaching their son to drive.

Kelly & Michael: Jessica Capshaw
Jessica Capshaw also came by to talk about what’s going on with her character Arizona Robbins on Grey’s Anatomy. People are really passionate about all the drama that’s been going on between her and Callie. Capshaw also talked about what it’s like leaving her three children for interviews and events.

Kelly & Michael: Annie Lennox
Finally, Annie Lennox came by and performed a beautiful version of George Gershwin’s song “Summertime” off of her new album Nostalgia, which pays tribute to a bunch of amazing American artists from the 20th century. Lennox has an amazingly powerful voice and is really talented.
