Alec Baldwin has created the memorable character of Jack Donaghy over the last seven seasons of NBC’s comedy series 30 Rock. The end is in sight, however: the 30 Rock series finale is set for January 31 2013. The co-hosts also caught up on Alec’s wedding earlier in 2012 and his work on the new movie Rise of the Guardians.

I don’t know how Nicki Minaj finds the time to juggle everything she does. In addition to her music career and touring schedule, she is also one of the latest judges on the panel at American Idol. She told Kelly and Michael about her wins at the American Music Awards and talked about the hardest part of her new gig. Surprisingly, she did not say the hardest part is avoiding strangling Mariah Carey.
