What would you say were the most annoying words of 2013? The results are in, and I would put twerk at the top of my personal list. Kelly made her guesses by listing the things her daughter says to her. Kelly and Michael agreed that it is getting harder to decipher text messages and figure out what teens are talking about.

Just in time for your Super Bowl party, there is a Velveeta shortage, according to manufacturer Kraft Foods. This may cause some panic before those football parties…or it could be a marketing ploy. Do you have any Velveeta on your menu for the big game?
Several Long Island supermarkets don’t believe there is a shortage, but Kraft insists that there is a shortage due to high demand. You can put Velveeta on anything, according to the hosts, though there are a lot of things you probably should not add the cheese product to.
Kelly and Michael: Yoga & Meditation for Anxiety
Meditation eases anxiety and depression about as well as an antidepressant. Michael Gelman is the show’s poster boy for these practices, but Kelly does not think it has calmed him down at all. Have you tried yoga or meditation? What do you think of these techniques?

Michael Strahan sent best wishes to Lindsey Vonn, who has pulled out of the 2014 Olympics because she is concerned about her knee. She hopes to return to the sport by next year.
